Complete all activities on Daily Sanitation Checklist, initialing all activities completed Ensure all ingredients and supplies on Daily Pick List are removed from inventory and placed in production area Ensure all incoming ingredients and supplies in receiving area are put away into inventory Ensure lot code manager system is being followed to ensure proper ingredient lot code tracking is in place Completing the baking schedule by depanning, baking, or decorating the last few products Report any Food Safety or Quality concerns to the Food Safety Compliance Officer or Production Manager To be able to accurately fill in sanitation related documents and submit them to management for daily reviewBenefits offered:
